Ryan Property Services Ltd is a bright, new, exciting independent letting company offering a selection of high standard property and accommodation, mainly in Yeovil.

We have over 12 years experience in purchasing investment property and letting property to tenants. We offer a unique alternative to the mainstream agencies in that we fully manage our own property portfolio and offer a personal service for our tenants.

The property portfolio includes furnished rooms in executive shared houses; luxury 1 or 2 bed flats and 2/4 bed houses in various locations in Yeovil. Please check the current property section for latest availability.

Rooms in fully furnished shared houses in Yeovil, include separate lounges, kitchen, bathrooms, gardens, double glazed windows and parking. The rent includes a communal cleaner, gardener, internet(where available) and all utility and council tax bills. All rooms have door locks.

Rents for furnished rooms range from £50 pw for a small single sized room to £85 pw for a large double sized room with en suite.

The company is owned by Directors Angus Ryan and Pauline Ryan. Angus Ryan as well as having a passion for property is a qualified Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and is a member and regional representative for the National Landlords Association.
