Terms & Conditions

1

a) One month's rent in advance
b) A deposit equivalent to one month's rent
c) Administration fee of £30 to cover the set up of the contract and inventory
2 Rent is paid in advance, on the anniversary date of the month when you move in, by bank standing order.
3 For Yeovil rooms one person per room is the rule.
4 Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms.
5 Employed persons only and a reference will be taken from your current employer and previous landlord if you have one.
6 You will be required to sign and agree to an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) which contains full terms and conditions.
